All that we do is a Prayer

Isn’t it true that everything that we do is a communion with ourselves?

Chopping an onion, writing a poem, pursuing someone, stroking a pet, carving a mountain, honing a skill, flying to the moon, making millions, making babies, making art, performing on stage.

It may look like we’re doing what we are doing for others, but in every stop and start, in every pause that we make and every step that we take is a prayer – a hallelujah for the moment we get to know ourselves more, as we enjoy ourselves more, as we become more.
