1. Know that a vibrational reality exists simultaneously with our material reality.
Know that the world that we see is not all there is. There is so much that exists, more powerful energies even that shape what we call “our world/universe”.
It’s what we refer to when we visualize, hope, get inspired by, reminisce. It’s where all our passions, joys, creativity, hurts and fears exist.
2. Consciously focus on your own vibration.
I believe many of us create from our subconscious most of the time. We don’t understand why things are the way they are. Coming from this place makes it look as if things happen to us, as though we are separate from our surroundings/life conditions.
We come to believe that the world has been created first and we are just little pawns who were placed in the middle of the game. We feel passive and powerless to the structures of our reality.
2.1 If your intention is to create what you truly, authentically want – learn how to focus on your own vibration. Get to know your own universe. Familiarize yourself with the workings of your inner self (because yourself is all that you can truly know and all that you have power over).
Get in touch with your emotions. In each given moment, you have to be able to scan yourself and identify how you are feeling – which includes feeling unsure of how you’re feeling. Your vocabulary has to grow. You have to be more and more articulate when talking about yourself.
That’s pretty much the majority of your work.
2.2 You don’t have to do this alone, and you never have and never will. Pay attention to your environment to get more clues as to how you are doing/where you are vibrationally.
Look what’s going on around you. How’s the weather like? How does your day feel like?What do you hear on the radio? Are there particular signs on the road that catch your eye? Is there a pattern? What mood are people on? How do people interact with you and with each other? How does your food taste like? Are you able to find what you need easily – ideas, solutions, answers, stuff? Is there anything that you have read or heard that got stuck in your mind?
Your world and everything in it are always talking to you. They are projections. They are always showing you what’s going on inside of you, how you are feeling. As the saying goes, the writings are on the wall. You just have to open your heart to see them.
3. Know that you have the power to shape your vibration. For sure, you have done this many times, perhaps not knowing that you’re doing it.
When you were sad, you thought of something nice or funny to soothe yourself. When you were frightened, you focused on calming yourself – you might have prayed or you told yourself you’re a grown-up and you can deal with anything. When you were feeling lazy to do what you must, you looked back in the past to see how far you’ve come or you looked towards the future to remind yourself of your goals and how achieving them might feel like.
We all know how to do this, it’s innate. We just need to learn how to do it more consciously.
4. Follow the vibration you truly want.
I am particular to the word I used – “follow”.
You don’t have to “create”, “force” or”push” to get (to) your desired vibration. Your vibration is always flowing. Notice how one moment you are happy, then you’re afraid, one moment you are bored, then you are passionate again.
If you have identified the vibration you want, let’s say “Joy”, the next step is to simply follow its lead. It’s like pinning “Joy” in the “Google Maps” that is your heart. Let it lead the way for you.
Simply ask something like, “What would bring joy to me at this very moment? What would I really love to do at this very moment?” Then do it. Take yourself there. Shape your own vibration/
Notice that I didn’t say “What would make me happy tomorrow, or for the rest of the week/ the decade/ my life?” This is because an authentic and actionable answer to this question can only speak for the present moment.
How you create a week, a month, a year, a decade – an entire life – that you truly want is by following the vibration you want in each given moment. You have to go with the flow with it.
Let your own compass take you to all the places and experiences that will blow your mind. Let your life be a one-of-a-kind adventure.
TIP: Don’t worry about maintaining the vibration that you want. You will inevitably go “in” and “out” of it. Shit will still happen. What matters is that you have the power to go back “in” it. You don’t have to be stuck or suffer. You can regroup anytime/anywhere as long as you stay conscious and open.
